SK-II GenOptics Spot Essence I've seen this brand before and have heard great feedback from friends. This serum works. In the week+ that I've been using it, I can tell that my skin tone is more even and brighter. At 50+ age, I'll never be able to acheive that glass skin look of those young girls because I was late to start taking care of my skin, but I'm doing it now and this is helping.

Smooth, silky, luxurious and seems to fade tanned areas. This brand is well known and manufactured by a well-known company, Procter and Gamble, and is made in Japan. The container is a bit unusual but easy to use. The dropper dispenses quite a bit of the serum, which is far too much for my face and neck. I usually just take what is needed. The serum is milky and without any discernable fragrance. It very smooth and spreads like liquid silk on my skin. That is the first thought that came to mind - liquid silk. It absorbs rapidly and leaves my skin soft and silky without any sticky or greasy feel. I have been using it for about two weeks now and it has slightly lightened two tanned spots on my cheeks. I shall continue to use it until I use up the bottle. Whether I order it again depends on the extent to which those spots will have faded by the time this bottle is used up.

A lovely skin serum I do have plenty of brown spots on my skin from my excess time in the sun and they are distracting to me. I am so happy I am able to try this lovely serum in hopes of reducing the brown spots on my skin. I am using this serum once daily I the evening before bed and I love how easily it goes on requiring only a small amount. The serum does absorb rather quickly without leaving a greasy feel or a tacky feel. I am very pleased with this serum so far and will continue to use it daily in hopes of reducing my brown spots over time.

Great For My Melanated Skin I have deeper, Olive toned skin and I have a couple of age spots near my temple in underneath my right eye. I needed to use something that would not only illuminate my skin but help even out my skin tone. This serum is lightweight on my skin and has a very light, hardly noticeable scent which is good for me. I love the dispensing dropper and how it automatically feels each time you close the bottle. It dispensed a good amount of the creamy serum into my hand and I was able to apply it to my skin and neck. It is not heavy, and I did not feel much stickiness. Remember, a little goes a long way. Overall, highly recommend! This is definitely going to be a part of my skin care routine.

This is amazing.. I can actually see a difference. Six-star product from me I have been using the SK-II spot essence face cream for 7 days now. I really didn't expect to see a difference this fast, but I have large two dark spots on my face and I can tell a difference since I started using this. In a effort to really see how it worked, I used only toner the first two days and since then this is the only face product I have been using so I can really evaluate how it works. Even with just this product my face stayed soft and hydrated and I can really see the difference in the spots I have on my face. I have only been using it once a day also, so it may work even better using it twice a day as the directions recommend. I use a little less then a full dropper full for my face and neck. I have had no reactions to the cream and it has a light cream scent to it.This is a fabulous product. It arrives beautifully packaged with the box securely wrapped in plastic. The bottle design is amazing and the bottle itself is a heavy metal-feeling bottle. In order to fill the dropper you just push the rubber on the top of the dropper while it is in the bottle and then you also push on the rubber top to release the product.This is a top-notch product made in Japan by Procter & Gamble.This is a six-star product all the way! I love this and I am going to enjoy using every drop of this bottle.1/12/25 Edited to add:I continue to use this face cream and I can see a huge difference in the dark spots I have on my face! This is such a top-notch product. It helped the posts on my face and red blotches on my neck. This continues to be a six-star product for me. Good quality serum Overall, I'm satisfied with this serum. The product design is actually pretty awesome- the dropper style is one I haven't seen before, there's no guesswork with it, it automatically comes out of the bottle with product inside the tube, then just press the lid and a drop dispenses. The serum is a milky opaque style, with a slightly thicker consistency than some milky serums. It goes on smoothly and absorbed quickly. No noticeable moisturizing effect which isn't really a negative because most serums do not purport to be moisturizers. Whatever skin repair that is happening under the top layer of skin isn't instant, you need to use consistently to really see results but I'm seeing some modest improvement in redness/skin tone. No noticeable lightening of "age spots", but it's only been 12 days and I know that can take 30+. I've experienced no skin irritation. and there isn't any unpleasant or strong scent to this product. I do think this is priced quite high for what it is, but I know this is a brand trait in general and on the upside I do trust the ingredients from SK-II more than some of the unrecognized brand competition.

Product is not working It doesn’t work at all. I applied over 10 time on the dark spots on my face but never see any lighter color.

Absolutely works!! This is an amazing serum that delivers incredible results in a week!! It actually works very expediently and absolutely worth the cost! I have mixed race skin and my dark spots went away in two weeks!!
