Great grill! Used to have a Weber… Napoleon is a bit different with how the burners are configured, so it takes a bit to get used to. But very happy so far.

The best investment I’ve done ( took me 16 years to do this ) in my adult life ( 42 years old ) . Great company with great quality . It’s worth investing in the Napoleon ecosystem especially in BBQs . There’s so much versatility with the grill it’s awesome . Please take the time to fully understand the instructions and give yourself time to put this grill together . The instructions are a bit misleading but you kinda have to be several steps ahead while assembling it . The heat box assembly you have to absolutely have 2 people . It’s a very heavy grill so plan accordingly in advance . Just a heads up ! But man it so worth it you won’t regret it . It’s a long term investment.

Is it worth it.. I’ve been looking for a propane grill for so long. 2+ yrs to be exact. Napoleon is a greaT company that caught my eyes from the start. Only draw back is if you’re thinking about getting one of these. It doesn’t come with one accessory. BUT that’s common nowadays. Also I got the charcoal insert which is a game changer. I don’t have to pull out a Webber grill. That being said I got it for the quality and its warranty of 15 yrs. That’s unheard of. I bought the 625 mainly for the cooking sq ft. It’s big if it’s for a small family. Assembly was easy to do but you need a second person to mount the top grill on the stand. It cooks well, evenly and it holds its temperature. Is it worth the price? Yes. Absolutely worth it. I do want to buy the bigger size down the road. And if you are looking for a propane/gas grill this is the one.

Must assembly and it can be a challenge with only pictoral instructions. This is a really well build appliance. It comes in a single, very heavy but manageable box with mounds of cardboard padding. Assembly instructions are picture only and difficult to pars out, but, again, doable if one remembers to follow the MODEL number purchased! Not all assembly instructions apply to each model. Ours was slightly damaged on delivery but we kept it and received replacement doors. All in all a good buy as it was 1/2 the price of other comparable BBQs and really is beyond expectations. We have the gas model which was very easy to hook up to gas as we had a pre-exhiting gas line in place.

Amazing Sold these grills a few years ago and always got rave reviews, never a problem. I justified the expense because of longevity, shorter cooking time and fewer trips to buy propane as a result.Finally have my own. What an upgrade from the charbroil we have used and replaced every other year. Finally burgers that don’t shrink to hockey puck size, no crazy fiare ups., a real sear! Big enough for the family and the back burger is great for sausages. Temperature gage works great. Amazon listing does not mention a fifteen year bum per to bumper warrantee. With that being said, I got the best I could for my budget but the Prestige model is made in Canada instead of China, has a lifetime warrantee, even better grates, hood and wheels and more accessories. If you can muster it it’s a good thing to compare. I definitely recommend getting the official Napoleon grill brush to fit the unique grill design. I got professional on site assembly and boy was it worth it. Took two pros two hours to complete. I was told by others in the past that the directions are very easy to follow but that assembly is indeed a time suck. All in all for my budget. I feel like I went from a Chet Volt to a Ferrari and though I am not about outshining others, my neighbors are a bit jealous.

Incredible Quality – Fast Delivery & Setup Received my Napoleon Rogue RPS425 today (8/26/25). Amazon handled delivery and assembly in under two hours and even hauled away my old grill—fantastic service! The build quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, especially the stainless steel finish. This is the real deal—definitely not your dad’s old grill. I’ll update this review after I’ve had a chance to cook on it and put it through its paces, but so far I’m thoroughly impressed.

Great Grille I researched and researched grilles and settled on Napoleon and I am very happy. Cant beat the material of construction and the Warranty 15 years to life! I got this with Amazon install and although it was a quick assembly, the assemblers didn't connect the electrical box correctly and it fell off and dragged on the ground while they were moving into place.Not Napoleon's issue, love the grille and easy ignition and even heat!
