Geat sound, but build quality doesn't seem good I've had these several years. I love the sound quality. They seemed to be an early leader in planar magnetic headphones; cheaper competitors have shown up I haven't heard to compare.If the issue was just the sound - great review. But over time they wore down. The earpads needed replacing, the cable needed replacing.They charge a lot for those so I bought third arty. Then the mount holding a headphone fell apart and they're unusable with one side hanging loose.Audeze hasn't been helpful about fixing it. They don't seem to want to at all and have very expensive help if pressured.Some might find them heavy, bulky, creating soreness, I got used to it before they broke.
